Today it’s time to talk about cooking, tasty and authentic Mexican dishes. This is the long-awaited recipe book by Jauja, who with her husband Jack, produce one of the most recognized YouTube channels in the world from her home in Austin, Texas: “Jauja Mexican cuisine”, which enjoys an audience close to 8 million followers.

With beautiful illustrations in full color, the book offers the best of Mexican gastronomy, with varied dishes that range from rich breakfasts, multiple options to prepare food with beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, without missing classics of Mexican cuisine, as well as the inevitable and typical desserts, bread, and drinks.

Personally, I did not want to shy away from preparing any of these culinary delights. Well, I can proudly state that my fish “pescadillas” turned out to die for! Goes without saying that I am no cooking expert. ?

I keep rummaging through the culinary secrets of this beautiful book to continue enjoying its delights. Some that are already in my radar: chicken in red “pipian” sauce, Mexican beef broth, “a la diabla” shrimp, “tres leches” rice, to mention just a few of the more than 70 exceptional recipes included in “Let’s go cooking…”.

Either through Jauja’s YouTube channel, or by consulting her new recipe book, you can trust that by preparing one of her dishes, you will have a table worthy of admiration by all. Bon appétit!
